“During its history, the oldest monument of Balatonfüred belonged to three different denominations, after having been renovated the building perfectly demonstrates the different cultures. Thanks to the renewal there is a new 21st century designed Visitors Centre connected to the Synagogue building. At the permanent multi-language exhibition “From Einstein to the Present Day – Jews in the Forefront of Technology” the lives and work of more than 110 Nobel Laureates and world-renowned researchers, all of Jewish origin are presented. In the newest exhibition place of Balatonfüred seasonal exhibitions and various programmes are waiting for the visitors.”
