Transylvania - Easter visit - Szék (Sic) - Magyarvista (Vistea) - Kőrösfő (Izvorul Crisului)

Have not been to Transylvania in the last two decades, and find the countryside in full change.

We spent a day in Szék (Sic), finding only a few remaining traditional earth-wood buildings. We were lucky and found the old dance house, and a private ethnographic museum, run by a Dutch music lover Michael.

We were happy to stay there for a night and met a lovely Canadian couple wandering in the area. We had an evening meal together in the yard of the historic building followed by a good whiskey from Scotland.

Körösfő: a piqturesque village with 1400 inhabitants

The 13th-century church has a beautiful ceiling painted on wooden panels. The main building was fortified during the 15th century.

The view from the slope is stunning.
